NOM-002-1-SCT-SEMAR-ARTF/2023
On July 29, 2024, the NOM-002-1-SCT-SEMAR-ARTF/2023, List of hazardous substances and materials (dangerous goods) – Instructions and use of packaging/containers, intermediate bulk containers (RIG), large packaging/containers, portable tanks, multi-element gas containers and bulk containers for the transport of dangerous goods (NOM-002) was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF).
This NOM will enter into force 180 calendar days after its publication in the DOF and it is the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation, through the General Directorate of Federal Motor Transport; the Railway Transport Regulatory Agency, the Federal Civil Aviation Agency, the Merchant Marine Coordination and the National Guard, who will coordinate in the verification of compliance with it.
