Climate change and its effects are positioned as one of the most critical risks that must be addressed during 2024, and beyond, according to the conclusions of the COP28 held in Dubai last December. This problem has acquired an inevitable role for governments, society and companies.

Commemorating this January 28th, the World Day of Action against Climate Change, is a fundamental action since it allows us to talk about the measures that can be taken to mitigate the impacts that Climate Change generates in our ecosystems, our economy, society and life.

It is important to understand that Climate Change, without serious mitigation actions, represents a real and powerful threat to humanity, as it can become a determining factor of devastating impacts, due to the force of events such as hurricanes, floods and droughts. Today is the time to start raising awareness in the care and protection of nature and heritage.

There are several things we can do: integrate renewable energies into our energy matrix in a higher percentage, use vehicles with lower fuel consumption, analyze our consumption, reducing our impact and carbon footprint.

This January 28th, we want to know how you are facing Climate Change in your company, in your home and what measures the government has taken to reduce the emission of Greenhouse Gases (GHG). Share your actions with the hashtag #Acccionclimaticaempresarial.

At B + F we have more than 80 professionals in different disciplines, who are ready to help you enhance your efforts, accompanying you in the creation and implementation of ESG strategies, selection of land for your projects, as well as in the creation of five-year plans. to address Climate Change and achieve true mitigation.
