With a solid career in key sectors and international organizations, Karen has positioned sustainability as a priority for companies and society in general.<\/p>\n
After being part of institutions such as UNICEF, the Mexican Embassy in Spain, CEMEX and Natura Cosm\u00e9ticos, Karen joined Aerom\u00e9xico in 2022 to consolidate its ESG strategy. Through her leadership, she has helped transform aviation, aligning social and environmental objectives with corporate goals. Her approach has been key to empowering teams and raising awareness about the need for positive and real impact on a large scale.<\/p>\n
With more than 18 years of experience, Karen has also worked as a social investment advisor and volunteer at NGOs in Mexico and India. In addition, she is an active member of leading sustainability organizations, such as the United Nations Global Compact and the Business Coordinating Center (CCE).<\/p>\n
Karen, a graduate in Law and with a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, highlights the importance of integrating ESG criteria into corporate management and how this has facilitated the implementation of sustainability strategies in key areas such as finance.<\/p>\n
